What can you say a typical McDonald's, staff do there very best to make sure your visit is satisfied..
One single frappe is what I waited for.
Not only are the people who work here completely incompetent but they also close 2 hours earlier than they're supposed to, and pretend to hump eachother behind the counter with a full store of customers. Just wow.
Never had a good experience at this particular Mcdonalds. Staff is not very nice, service is slow. I am not a person to complain about this kind of stuff, but after last night I need to share my experience. We went to a trunk or treat event and hadn't had dinner, so we decided since we were in Vergennes that Ferrisburgh Mcdonalds would be closer than Middlebury. It was about 7:20 when we went thru the drive thru. When we got to the window to pick up food, we were given our fries and drinks and asked to park for our 3, 4 piece tenders and 10 nuggets. We sat for 10 min waiting in the parking lot. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. We went in to see what was up and were asked what we ordered. We told the girl and she said well we don't have it on the cue, I went and got the receipt. We waited for what seemed like forever for the chicken to be cooked. finally we just said can we just get a refund. we came here because it was late and needed a quick dinner. All of a sudden our chicken was ready. By this time, our fries had been sitting in the car for 30min. I went and got them and asked for fresh ones. Everybody knows what happens to the fries if they sit in the bag too long. So, I'm standing there looking at the many fries in the containers waiting to be put into an order. The kid said to me, just a few minutes the fries are almost done. I said there are fries ready to go right there. He said those are for the drive thru. got upset and said we were in the drive thru 30 minutes ago, I think we are priority over them. The lady standing there waiting for her food said "I agree" . I am not exaggerating, we were there for 40min. no apology no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience. We could have gone to Middlebury, got our food and been home in all that time. Never will go there again. gave one star because I had to in order to post this. I actually give no stars. I felt really bad for the kid in the front, I don't know what was up in the back but something wasn't right and the guy in the front had to deal with the other unhappy customers too......yeah we were not the only ones. I don't know if its bad management or low pay that causes this kind of service but it should be looked into.
Service was good, food was fresh and hot and ready quickly
I took a refund and got a snobby attitude from the same manager.
