They always take good care of my 4-wheeler, and answer all of my questions..
I was happy with my purchase, until the ATV started having a problem. Not a big problem but one that bugs me. The guys at bc made the problem better but did not go away. I contacted Polaris and was told that they should have submitted a tech form to get help to fix problems like the one I am having. They did not. They checked out the batteries and electrical connection, and put 5 miles on my atv(wich is understandable).when I washed my atv, that is 2 years old, and was close to showroom shape I noticed a lot of fine scratches and small screw driver marks on the side panels where the retainers are, that were not there prior. I purchased the ATV from them, tried to get them to do a deal to get a different one, but they do not want one with a problem they can't fix.This is my opinion of my experience with them, I don't feel that it is a bad place to purchase a Polaris, I feel they did not have enough respect for me as a customer, to stand behind their product.

I never drove a 4 wheeler before and was quite unsure about products and what would suit my abilities. I just bought a Polaris Ace this spring, the people at BC Motorsports were very knowledgeable and helpful to answer all my questions and make the purchasing process easy. In the past few months I have already put on over 300 miles and was in need of my first service. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Brad and the boys at BC went the extra mile to make sure that I would be able to get back out on the trails this coming weekend!
